In my creative leadership roles at the University of South Carolina, I have recruited, trained, and supervised dozens of student designers and graduate students. Also, as a manager I have hired and supervised professional staff and have been responsible for payroll, purchases, and budgets.

My personal mission as a creative team manager has been to take students' raw talent and what they have learned in the classroom and show them how to apply those skills to create communication materials that accomplish the client’s goals. To accomplish this, our teams would meet with clients, have group idea sessions, and group critiques. They utilized communication tools like Trello, Asana, or Slack to manage work and communicate with each other during creative and approval process. 

As an information technology manager, I have implemented digital workflows for creative teams working with print, video, and multimedia content. I have also written training manuals for student designers, as well as  website and mobile app content managers. I have deployed and managed dozens Apple desktops, laptops, tablets, file servers, and network attached storage devices utilizing tools like Apple Remote Desktop and macOS Server (MDM profile management).
